'Customer' -As Defined by Gandhi

Mahatma Gandhi's wisdom has been relevant and stood the test of time for more than a century! Let's see, how he defined a 'customer':

|"A Customer is the most important
Visitor on our premise.
He is not dependent on us,
We are dependent on him.
He is not an interruption of our work,
He is the purpose of it.
He is not an outsider to our business,
He is a part of it.
We are not doing him a favor by serving him,
He is doing us a favor by giving us,
An opportunity to do so."
~Mahatma Gandhi
The greatest servant to Humanity of the Century

World did not accept this definition at the time it was quoted by Gandhi, but after nearly eight decades, the same world accepts its importance in true sense when a customer dumps a brand because of lack of his concerns...
